Milk Bar is the dessert brand founded by pastry chef Christina Tosi, known for Crack Pie, Compost Cookies, and layered "truffle" cakes sold through a chain of cafe locations and nationwide shipping of frozen treats. It grew out of the Momofuku restaurant group before becoming an independent company. There is no Milk Bar co-brand credit card, so a dining-category card fits an in-store purchase while a card with online-shopping rewards suits a shipped order, or a flat-rate cashback card for a simpler option.
