The Earner Plus is the sweet spot of Wyndham's lineup: 6x at Wyndham hotels plus a useful 4x on dining, groceries, and travel, and a 15,000-point anniversary bonus that can cover a free night or two and easily justify the $95 fee. Add automatic Diamond status in year one, and it is worth the step up from the no-fee Earner if you stay at Wyndham at all regularly. Just remember Wyndham points are low-value, so this pays off through cheap award nights, not flexible rewards.
