The catch is that the value depends heavily on actually using those credits, several of which are tied to specific merchants or Robinhood's own booking app, and everything outside the bonus categories earns just 1%. If you already live in the Robinhood ecosystem and will naturally spend into the hotel, travel and dining credits, the math can work comfortably. If you'd be stretching to use them, the fee is hard to justify.
