Sleep Number makes adjustable air chamber mattresses and smart beds sold under its own numbered firmness system, along with the SleepIQ technology that tracks sleep quality and automatically adjusts firmness overnight. The company sells almost entirely direct to consumer through its own retail stores and website rather than through third-party furniture or mattress retailers. There's no Sleep Number co-brand credit card, so a mattress or bedding purchase is best charged to a furniture or general online shopping rewards card, or a flat-rate cashback card.
