Citi Reducing ThankYou Points Transfer Rates to Choice Privileges and I Prefer

Effective April 19, 2026, Citi is lowering ThankYou Points transfer rates to Choice Privileges and I Prefer hotel loyalty programs. Choice Privileges drops from 1,000:1,400 to 1,000:1,050 and I Prefer drops from 1,000:2,000 to 1,000:1,400. Cardholders have until April 18 to transfer at the current rates.
