This is a closed-loop store card that only earns its 5% at Amazon and Whole Foods, and only with an active Prime membership, so it suits committed Amazon shoppers and not much else. The Amazon Prime Visa earns the same 5% on Amazon but works everywhere and adds 2% on dining and gas, so unless you can't qualify for that Visa there is little reason to pick the store card. Mind the 29.49% APR: the equal-monthly-payment financing only helps if you clear it before each promo window closes.
