Around that sit 3x on hotels and 2x on flights booked through Bilt Travel, 3x on Lyft rides specifically once you link your Lyft account, and no foreign transaction fees, all with no annual fee. Everything else earns a plain 1 point per dollar, and the alternative 4% Bilt Cash option on everyday spend replaces the rent multiplier rather than adding to it, so you pick one track or the other, and Bilt Cash is a closed currency used mainly for point accelerators rather than real cash back. The rent rate is not fixed either: it is recalculated each billing cycle from your everyday spend relative to your housing payment, so 1.25x is a ceiling and not a promise. Read the intro APR carefully too, because it is 10% rather than 0% for the first 12 billing cycles and 26.74% to 34.74% after that, so this is not a financing card, and the $100 welcome offer arrives as Bilt Cash rather than money.
