Outside that lane it earns 2% at U.S. restaurants and gas stations and 1% on everything else, so it is a specialist rather than a catch-all. There is no annual fee, which means there is no cost to keeping it open for the Amazon and AWS rate alone. If your business runs meaningful spending through Amazon or AWS, hold onto it, because you cannot get it back once you close it.
