Marriott Renews Chase and Amex Card Deals

On its August 4, 2026 earnings call, Marriott said it has executed new long-term U.S. co-brand credit card agreements with JPMorgan Chase and American Express. CEO Anthony Capuano said the deals will bring new and refreshed U.S. card products with new cardholder benefits, but cautioned that building and launching them takes several quarters. Marriott expects about $30 million in additional card revenue through year-end 2026, rising to $100 million to $125 million a year by 2028.
