Earning is strong where it counts, at 4 miles per dollar on United purchases, 5 on hotels prepaid through the Renowned Hotels program, and 2 on other travel, dining, and select streaming, with 1 on everything else. Note that Chase cut the welcome offer from 90,000 to 60,000 miles in May 2026, so the current 60,000 after $4,000 in three months is well off its recent high even though it still ranks eleventh on our Best Credit Card Signup Bonuses list. The rest of the benefit sheet, including the Renowned Hotels, rideshare, Avis and Budget, Instacart, and JSX credits, is fragmented across monthly installments and enrollment requirements, and the Economy Plus upgrades need $40,000 of annual spending.
