The $395 annual fee is largely offset in practice by the $300 annual travel credit and 10,000 anniversary miles, and the card adds Capital One Lounge and Priority Pass access, a Global Entry or TSA PreCheck credit, Hertz President's Circle status, and unlimited free employee cards that also earn 2x. The conditions are where it gets narrower: the signup bonus is closed to existing and previous Capital One business cardholders, complimentary lounge guest access only unlocks after $75,000 in annual spend, and the $300 credit is usable only inside Capital One Business Travel.
