Our take
The Rate Advantage is built around one number: a regular APR that starts at 10.4%, unusually low and the main reason to carry it if you sometimes revolve a balance. On top of that sits a 0% intro APR on balance transfers running through the March 2028 billing cycle for transfers posting by November 30, 2026, though the 5% transfer fee is worth doing the math on before you move a smaller balance. There is no annual fee and no foreign transaction fee, so the card costs nothing to keep. The tradeoff is absolute: it earns no rewards at all, meaning there is no cash back or points to justify spending on it once your balance is clear. Think of it as a low-cost place to park debt, not a card that competes for everyday purchases.
