Our take
Slate Edge is a financing card first and last: no annual fee, and it lands sixth on our Best 0% APR list on the strength of its intro financing window. There is no rewards program attached, so nothing is earning on your spend, and once the intro period ends the ongoing APR is a flat 28.99%. It also charges foreign transaction fees, which rules it out for travel. The lone extra is six months of complimentary DashPass for DoorDash and Caviar. Open it with a payoff plan and a date, and don't expect a reason to keep spending on it after that.
