The Reflect is a pure balance transfer play: 21 months of 0% intro APR on both purchases and qualifying balance transfers, with no annual fee, which is why it sits at #3 on our Best 0% APR Credit Cards list. That runway gives you close to two years to pay down existing debt or spread out a large purchase before the regular 17.49% to 28.24% APR kicks in. The tradeoff is that the card earns no rewards at all, so once the intro window closes there is nothing to keep it in rotation. It also charges a foreign transaction fee, so leave it home when you travel abroad. Cell phone protection of up to $600 per claim, capped at two claims per 12 months with a $25 deductible, is the only ongoing perk worth naming.
