The PNC Spend Wise is built for borrowers, offering 18 months of 0% intro APR on both purchases and balance transfers with no annual fee. It goes a step further than most low-interest cards with a Purchase APR Reduction Program that cuts your standard purchase APR by 2 percentage points each 12-billing-cycle review period when you make at least $3,000 in net purchases and pay on time, which matters if you expect to carry a balance after the intro window. The catch is that it earns no rewards, so outside of interest savings there's little to gain from everyday spending. The protections are genuinely useful extras: price protection up to $1,000, porch piracy protection, cell phone protection, and up to $25 a year in credits for Spotify, Netflix, and Disney+. Treat it as a payoff and financing tool, and note that the foreign transaction fee makes it a poor choice for international purchases.
