It earns no rewards at all, so there is little reason to keep spending on it once the intro window closes, but the ongoing perks are unusually deep for a card in this lane. You get up to $25 a year in credits toward Spotify, Netflix and Disney+ purchases, price protection up to $1,000 if an eligible item drops in price within 60 days, coverage up to $10,000 for packages stolen within 90 days of purchase, and cell phone protection up to $800 per claim. There is also an APR reduction program that trims your purchase rate by 2 percentage points for each 12-billing-cycle review period in which you make at least $3,000 in net purchases and pay on time, down to a set floor. Open it for the 18 months, build the payoff plan around that deadline, and treat the credits as a bonus rather than the reason.
